▍ZZZ 2.1 Tier 4: Future Potential

Grace, Nekomiya Mana, Corin, Billy, Anby, Ben

As the number of characters continues to increase, the benchwarmer status of T3 can no longer accommodate everyone. The characters listed above consistently rank at the bottom in environments like Shiyu and Crisis, with significant issues in both mechanics and numerical values. Although many players dedicated to their favorites persist in building and using them and can achieve decent results, the investment cost is enormous. They are generally not recommended as main forces.

▍ZZZ 2.1 Tier 3: Solid but Flawed

Soldier 11, Anton, Koleda, Pulchra, Seth, Alexandrina Sebastiane

The characters in T3, while still possessing certain flaws, have their own niche and advantages in specific situations. Among them, Soldier 11 and Anton, as main DPS characters, are relatively good choices when limited S-Rank characters are unavailable, performing well at high investment.

Koleda and Pulchra have opposite problems. Koleda possesses very good quick-swap Stun capabilities, but outside of Evelyn, she offers almost no support ability in other team compositions. Pulchra, on the other hand, suffers from versatility issues; if her Mindscape Cinema 6 is unlocked, she can move up a tier.

Seth and Alexandrina Sebastiane (Lena) similarly have low versatility. Seth is a shield support for single-core Anomaly teams, with very few viable environments currently, as most Anomaly teams prioritize Disorder systems. Alexandrina Sebastiane is restricted by the dual disadvantages of clunky feel and numerical issues.

▍ZZZ 2.1 Tier 2: Well-Rounded and Strong

Soldier 0 - Anby, Zhu Yuan, Asaba Harumasa, Luciana

Although Anby is a Stun-focused main DPS released only in 1.6, her current performance can only be described as quite dismal. Low base stats at M0, an incomplete system that hasn't been fully assembled, and unfavorable environments have made Anby arguably the weakest main DPS among limited S-Rank characters.

Zhu Yuan and Asaba Harumasa, as burst-type main DPS, are struggling more and more in environments where boss HP is gradually inflating. Furthermore, within their respective elemental compositions, there are teams that perform more outstandingly, making them not the optimal choices for their attributes.

Luciana de Montefio, once the strongest A-Rank support in the early game, has seen a significant drop in performance. Firstly, because both limited S-Rank supports, Astra Yao and Yuzuha, provide higher team-wide ATK, leading to severe homogenization. Secondly, many Proxies have given Luciana's signature W-Engine, Weeping Cradle, to other characters.

Pan Yinhu and Nicole, as A-Rank supports, are also performing well currently. Pan Yinhu is the only PEN Ratio buffer, significantly boosting Yixuan's performance, and is a very worthwhile support to build.

Evelyn, Hugo, Caesar

Evelyn and Hugo are the pillars of strong Attack main DPS. Among them, Evelyn's performance is the most outstanding, capable of both sustained field time and burst playstyles, and even has a dedicated boss, Pompey. Hugo represents extreme burst damage, performing excellently in advantageous environments.
