The Vaishno Devi Helicopter Flight Ticket Reservation process is simple online. Make sure you follow the steps precisely:

Step 1: Register on the Official Site

Visit www.maavaishnodevi.org. Click New User Registration. Fill in name, email, mobile, and day of birth. Upload your photo ID, such as Aadhaar, voter ID, or Passport. Verify OTP—on one account per phone.

Step 2: Log in to Devotee Zone

Utilise the credentials. Go to Travel > Helicopter Services—select journey date. Booking opens 60 days prior at 10 AM IST. Closes 4 days before travel.

Step 3: Choose Route and Passengers

Take Katra-Sanjichhat in one direction, and do the same on the same day or the following day. Limit five passengers for each booking. Check available slots according to time—morning flights are ideal for the weather.

Step 4: Enter Passenger Details

Please fill in your full name, date of birth, gender, and ID number exactly as they appear on the document. Mismatch denies boarding. Babies younger than 2 years old are not noted independently (lap no travel).

Step 5: Review and Pay Securely

Confirm details. Make payments via UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking—Max 5 tickets per card per month. Get instant ERS download. Printing is required.

Step 6: Verify Transaction

Verify the Devotee Zone to determine the “Successful” Status. Payments that fail to be refunded will be refunded immediately. Email online@maavaishnodevi.org if issues.

Offline at the Katra counter is possible. Yatra parchi needed. The queues are lengthy from 5 AM. The Internet is preferred.
