There is no requirement to extract afterward, but since you finish the quest near a convenient extraction point-and because the Pattern House is often loaded with high-value ARC Raiders Items-it's usually worth attempting to escape with anything you've gathered.

Finding the Pattern House

The Pattern House sits at the northern tip of the Dam Battlegrounds. It's an easily recognizable point of interest and extremely popular for multiple reasons:

It's a common spawn location for new raiders.
