| HSR 3.7 Cyrene Eidolon Analysis

Cyrene is a support character who combines team buffing with AoE damage. Her overall power level is solid, but her cost-performance ratio is questionable.
Most of her strength is tied to her Ultimate, yet her energy regeneration is weak in E0, making it difficult to use her Ultimate consistently.

The crucial mechanism that fixes her energy and rotation issues lies at E2, so:

E0 Cyrene is functional but clunky

E2 Cyrene is powerful but expensive

>E1: 1 Epics, Born on a Blank Slate

When ███ triggers the Memosprite Skill "Ode to ██" while using "Minuet of Blooms and Plumes," gains 6 "Recollection" point(s) and increases the number of bounces for this attack by 12.

  • Has all her main support features, but still struggles with energy regeneration.

  • Without a team that helps her recharge quickly, her gameplay feels sluggish.

  • Best suited for players with a clear team setup—such as the Castorice team.

>E2: A Tomorrow in Thirteen Shades

When entering combat, additionally gains 12 "Recollection" point(s). For each different ally character that gains the Memosprite Skill buff from ███, the DMG multiplier of the True DMG dealt by ally targets via the Skill's Zone increases by 6%, up to a max increase of 24%.

  • Significantly improves energy and rotation speed—this is the breakpoint where Cyrene’s experience drastically improves.

  • At E2, her buffs become stable, uptime increases, and her overall strength is undeniable.

  • If you have enough resources and want a smoother play experience, E2 is highly recommended.

>Recommend Eidolons

E6S1>E2S1>E1S0>E0S1

Overall, I recommend that players who have sufficient Stellar Jade go straight for E2S1 Cyrene. At this level, she gains powerful support capabilities and fully resolves her Ultimate energy issues.

For players who are only considering E0 or E1, I’ll analyze below how each version of Cyrene performs in different team setups, so you can decide whether she’s worth pulling for your roster.

| HSR 3.7 Cyrene Pull Recommendations for Different Team Comps

>Castorice Team

If you own "Castorice + Hyacine + Evernight", and do not have E1 Tribble, then it’s recommended to pull for E0 Cyrene — she can elevate your team to nearly optimal performance.
Outside of this specific situation, however, pulling E0 Cyrene is not recommended.

If you don’t have Evernight, you can temporarily use the Remembrance Trailblazer, though that option is very much a “works but not ideal” solution.

Cyrene synergizes exceptionally well with the Castorice team due to her energy regeneration advantages, allowing her to use her Ultimate reliably. Her total team contribution is comparable to E1 Tribble. If you lack Evernight or Castorice, her value drops sharply.

>Low-Investment Castorice Team

Budget setup example: you have Castorice and Hyacine, but not E2 Castorice;
you might have Evernight or Tribble as substitutes.

If your total cost stays under three 5-stars, you can consider pulling Cyrene.

Suggestions:

  • Aim for E0 or E1 Cyrene as a cost-effective upgrade.

  • With Castorice and Hyacine as your core, even E0 Cyrene with a 4-star Lightcone can perform well as a second team lead.

Example: E0 Cyrene + Castorice + Hyacine + Evernight
It works fine for players without Tribble—add a secondary buffer if needed. This setup remains reliable well into Version 4.2—perfect for F2P and mid-spenders.

>Phainon Team:

Not recommended.

Cyrene’s main problems in this team are:

  • Slow startup, limiting rotation efficiency.

  • Forces the entire team to revolve around charging her Ultimate.

Example lineup: "Phainon + Cerydra + Sunday + Dan Heng PT"
Replacing Sunday or Dan Heng PT with Cyrene is rarely worth it, unless Sunday can be reassigned to another team (like a Saber team). Even then, the overall power gain is minimal.

Cyrene serves only as a “gap filler” here, not a core enhancer. If your Phainon team already runs smoothly, there’s no reason to force her in. To function decently in this comp, she needs at least E2S1.

>Other Teams (Aglaea, Anaxa, Hysilens, and Mydei)

  • Aglaea & Anaxa Teams:
Buff numbers are high, and Cyrene’s inclusion noticeably improves performance, but the gains come purely from stat inflation, not synergy.

  • Hysilens (DoT) Teams:
Not recommended. The issue isn’t Cyrene’s buffs—it’s that DoT teams currently lack a strong main DPS or durable sustain. Cyrene doesn’t solve those weaknesses.

  • Mydei Teams:
Her kit design doesn’t fit well here; the mechanics are inconsistent and awkward to use.

Cyrene can boost these teams, but unless you’re investing over ten 5-star equivalents into them, they’ll likely fall behind by Version 4.0 and beyond.

| HSR 3.7 Cyrene's Lightcone

Regardless of her Eidolon level, Cyrene’s role is primarily support—her personal damage contribution is minimal.
Her passive scaling depends heavily on 180 SPD for bonus damage, making her very sensitive to Lightcone and relic choices.

>Signature Lightcone

This Love, Forever

A Promise:

Increases the wearer's SPD by 18% / 21% / 24% / 27% / 30% . When the wearer's memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an ally, gains "Blank," which increases DMG taken by all enemies by 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% . When the wearer's memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an enemy, gains "Verse," which increases CRIT DMG of all allies by 16% / 19% / 22% / 25% / 28% . When the wearer's memosprite has both "Blank" and "Verse," increases the effects of "Blank" and "Verse" by 60% / 65% / 70% / 75% / 80% .

As Cyrene’s signature lightcone, the bonuses it provides naturally suit her very well. It offers a substantial boost to SPD, DMG boost, and Crit DMG. If you have enough Stellar Jades and already own Cyrene’s Eidolon 1, it’s highly recommended to pull for it.

>Herta Store Lightcone

Memory's Curtain Never Falls

Reception:

Increases the wearer's SPD by 6% / 7.5% / 9% / 10.5% / 12% . After the wearer uses Skill, increases the DMG dealt by all allies by 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% , lasting for 3 turn(s).

Excellent cost-performance, nearly a 1:1 replacement for her signature. Provides both SPD and DMG boost—perfect fit for Cyrene.

>Hyacine’s Signature Lightcone

Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky

Tolerant:

Increases the wearer's SPD by 18% / 21% / 24% / 27% / 30% . When the wearer uses Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, consumes all allies' HP equal to 1% / 1.25% / 1.5% / 1.75% / 2% of their current HP, and after the next attack of the wearer's memosprite, enables it to additionally deal 1 instance of Additional DMG equal to 250% / 312.5% / 375% / 437.5% / 500% of the total consumed HP to the attacked target, with the damage type based on the memosprite's type. Then, the total consumed HP is reset. When the wearer's memosprite uses Memosprite Skill, increases the DMG taken by all enemies by 18% / 22.5% / 27% / 31.5% / 36% , lasting for 2 turn(s). Effects of the same type cannot stack.

In fact, Hyacine’s signature lightcone also works well for Cyrene. It provides the SPD and damage boost that Cyrene needs. If you have an extra Hyacine lightcone, you can consider equipping it on Cyrene.

| Conclusion

Cyrene is a “strong but demanding” support character. She isn’t weak—but she is picky about team synergy and investment.

>E1 Cyrene :

Viable, but needs proper team support.

>E2 Cyrene :

Highly Recommended, fixes energy issues, smooth rotation.

>Castorice Team:

Pull for E0 Cyrene if you dont have Tribble, otherwise, pull for E2S1 Cyrene.

>Phanion Team:

Not recommended.

For F2P players and low-spenders, they can skip this banner and save for upcoming 4.0 characters.

As for the whales, just pull freely. Cyrene performs well with full investment.

In short, Cyrene’s issue isn’t her power—it’s her return on investment. If you want smooth gameplay and long-term efficiency, waiting for her rerun or future meta shifts is wise. But if you want the strongest remembrance team possible, go ahead and pull—she won’t disappoint.
