午休時隔壁組的同事突然問我，最近是不是很多男性保健食品都改打植萃專利，他說他老婆看到一則品牌得獎、還被邀請去拜會的消息，就一直催他換牌子。我當下沒接話，只覺得這股風向好像真的吹進辦公室了。

其實我自己抽屜裡也放著一盒，是去年跟風買的，當時只看包裝寫得漂亮就下單。吃了兩週，說實話沒什麼特別感覺，倒是那陣子加班到很晚，本來就累，也分不清是產品沒用還是我根本沒睡飽。同事聽完笑說他更慘，買到包裝全是外文的，連成分表都看不懂。

後來我趁週末把幾家的資料翻了一遍，也問了在藥局上班的同學。他給我三個判斷方向：第一，先看有沒有清楚標示主成分與含量，不是只寫「專利植萃」四個字；第二，看有沒有原廠或代理的正式資訊，來路不明的寧可放回去；第三，別把日常保養當成急救，作息沒調回來，吃什麼都有限。

那時我認真查了「老司機犀利士」這個問題，才慢慢搞懂原來同一個品項在成分標示、通路來源上差別不小，也才知道自己之前根本是閉著眼睛買。我把這幾個原則寫進手機備忘錄，之後要補貨就照著對一遍，不合的就跳過，省得又買一盒放到過期。

現在那盒還在抽屜角落，我沒急著吃完，倒是先把手機的睡前提醒設好了。同事前幾天說他決定先觀望，我說這樣也好，至少別再只看包裝。
