前陣子跟老友阿傑吃飯，他忽然感嘆，說過了四十歲體力明顯不如從前，連爬個樓梯都喘。我本來以為他只是隨便聊聊，結果他話鋒一轉，問我有沒有聽過威爾剛，說他同事在吃，好像精神好很多。

後來我陪他跑了幾家藥局，才慢慢搞懂。藥師說，這類產品主要還是要看成分和劑量，而且每個人的體質不同，反應也不一樣。最重要的是要從正規管道買，別貪便宜買來路不明的，成分不純反而傷身。
