最近店裡好幾個客人拿手機來問，說看到網路上討論什麼「複方保健」跟「專利布局」，一頭霧水。其實他們真正想問的，還是那類男性保健產品到底怎麼挑。我總會先問一句：你是在哪裡看到的？來源正不正，往往比品牌名更重要。

有個客人之前亂買了一款號稱「加強版」的，結果吃了心臟狂跳，嚇得跑來問我。我一看包裝，連成分劑量都標得不清不楚，這哪敢吃。其實這類東西最怕來路不明，藥師能幫的，就是教你看清楚標示、認明來源，別貪便宜。

後來我跟他說，挑這類產品先看三件事：第一，成分有沒有明確標示劑量；第二，有沒有合法輸入或販售的依據；第三，來源是不是正規管道。他聽完才恍然大悟，說之前根本沒想那麼多。

我自己整理過一份筆記，把「日本藤素官網」這個問題查過一遍，也對比過幾家進口商的資料，發現正規貨的包裝、防偽、標示都有一定規矩，不是隨便印一印就賣。後來客人再問，我就直接拿這份筆記跟他們解釋。

現在店裡遇到類似問題，我都會多問一句使用狀況，提醒他們別跟其他藥品混用。畢竟每個人體質不同，謹慎一點總沒錯。
