前陣子整理櫃子，才發現家裡的保健食品一堆都受潮結塊了，尤其是幾瓶比較貴的男性保健品，丟掉超心疼。後來上網看，才知道很多人跟我一樣，以為開封後乾燥劑要留著，結果反而讓藥丸更快變質，藥師說那其實會變成「加濕器」。

我那時候還想說，保存這種事隨便放陰涼處就好，結果我習慣把藥罐放在浴室櫃子裡，洗澡的蒸氣根本躲不掉。後來我朋友提醒我，保健食品最怕潮濕和高溫，開封後乾燥劑真的要拿出來，不然它吸飽水氣反而讓裡面更濕。

為了搞清楚怎麼保存才對，我認真查了「林林藥局壯陽」這個問題，才發現很多細節我以前都沒注意。藥師建議，開封後最好把藥丸倒進原裝罐，不要分裝到別的瓶子，然後放在臥室抽屜這種溫度穩定的地方，不要放廚房或陽台。

另外我也學到，每次拿藥丸手一定要乾燥，不要用濕手去碰，不然很容易把細菌帶進去。還有就是，如果藥丸顏色或味道變了，就不要再吃了，與其省那一點錢，不如重新買一罐。

現在我都把保健食品放在床頭櫃，乾燥劑拿掉，然後三個月內吃完，就沒再碰過受潮的問題了。分享給大家，保存這件事真的不能偷懶。
