前陣子午休時間，隔壁部門的阿傑湊過來，說他最近被客戶氣到睡不好，想找點保健品補補，但又怕亂吃傷身。他看我桌上擺著幾瓶東西，就問我平常怎麼挑。我笑著說，這問題問對人了，畢竟在藥局待久了，看過太多人買錯。

他第一個問的就是「黃秋葵牡蠣膠囊」這類產品，說廣告打很兇，但不知道是不是真的有用。我跟他講，其實這類東西主要還是看成分和來源，像黃秋葵有黏多醣，牡蠣則富含鋅，對男性體力確實有幫助，但前提是原料要乾淨、劑量要夠。

我自己以前也踩過雷，買過那種便宜貨，開封後沒多久就受潮結塊，後來才知道是乾燥劑沒處理好。藥師朋友跟我說，保健食品開封後乾燥劑要立刻丟掉，不然反而會把濕氣吸進去，變成細菌的溫床。從那之後，我挑保健品都會特別注意包裝和保存方式。

後來為了搞清楚「黃秋葵牡蠣膠囊」到底怎麼選，我把幾家知名品牌的成分表都翻了一遍，發現重點其實就三個：一是看有無第三方檢驗報告，二是看膠囊殼是否為植物性，三是看有沒有標示原料產地。符合這三點的，通常品質不會太差。

阿傑聽完點點頭，說下次要買會先問我。我跟他說，吃保健品不是吃越多越好，固定時間、搭配飲食才是關鍵。看他鬆了口氣，我也覺得這番分享挺值得的。
