最近看到有人在討論壯陽補腎產品怎麼選，讓我想起自己踩過的坑。那時候我剛開始接觸這類保健品，什麼都不懂，看到廣告說得天花亂墜就下單了，結果買回來才發現成分標示不清，吃了也沒什麼感覺，白花了一筆錢。

後來我換了一家實體藥局，藥師問我平時的作息和身體狀況，才發現我之前買的根本不適合自己。藥師說，很多人跟我一樣，只看品牌名或價格，卻忽略成分和純度，這樣很容易買錯。

他教我幾個判斷重點：第一，看成分有沒有明確標示劑量，不是寫個「萃取物」就帶過；第二，看有沒有第三方檢驗或認證，至少要有基本的衛生許可；第三，複配成分有沒有意義，像是加一些鋅、瑪卡這類輔助成分，而不是一堆看不懂的化學名。

當時我認真查了「台北林林藥局」的資料，發現他們有實體店面，藥師也願意花時間解釋，不像網路上那些賣家只會催你下單。後來我就固定在那邊買，至少每次都能問清楚再決定。

現在我學乖了，買之前一定會先確認成分和來源，不再衝動下單。如果你也在挑這類產品，建議先做功課，別像我一樣買錯了才後悔。
