Last month, EA officially confirmed what College Football 26 Coins fans have long been waiting for—EA Sports College Football 26 is real and arriving this summer. The beloved college football franchise is returning with a brand-new installment, slated for release on July 10, 2025, with a full reveal expected sometime this May.

The announcement came via a trailer that aired in conjunction with the NFL Draft. While exciting, the teaser served more as a mood-setter than a gameplay showcase. EA has promised that more concrete details—including actual gameplay footage—will be revealed this month. Although a specific date hasn’t been announced, EA Sports College Football 25 was unveiled on May 17 last year. If history repeats itself, fans could expect this year’s reveal to happen around Friday, May 16, 2025.

The upcoming reveal is expected to highlight the core gameplay and major features of College Football 26. For those who recall last year’s debut, EA focused on elements like CampusIQ, game day atmosphere, game modes, and the return of Team Builder—a fan-favorite mode that lets players create custom schools, teams, and more. This year’s version is expected to expand upon that foundation.

A new trailer will likely follow a similar path as the last, offering glimpses into the updated visuals and gameplay mechanics. However, fans should also look out for a more comprehensive breakdown or “deep dive,” which could arrive in June, potentially around the Summer Game Fest on June 6, 2025. While EA hasn’t officially confirmed participation in Summer Game Fest, the Xbox Games Showcase could feature EA Sports titles, making it a likely venue for further College Football 26 coverage.

The game is set to launch exclusively on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, continuing EA’s trend of focusing on current-gen hardware. Unfortunately for PC gamers and those hoping for a Nintendo Switch 2 version, the title won’t be available on those platforms. However, fans who purchase the Deluxe Edition will be granted early access starting July 7, three days before the full release.

In a bid to deliver even more value to sports fans, EA is once again offering the MVP Bundle—a digital package that includes the Deluxe Editions of both EA Sports College Football 26 and Madden NFL 26. Priced at $149.99, it offers a $50 savings compared to purchasing each title separately. This bundle not only appeals to franchise devotees but also underlines EA’s strategy of Buy Coins CUT NCAA 26 cross-promoting its sports games.
