ভিম পাউডার এক অনবদ্য আবিস্কার।

কাঁচের plate এ মাঝে মাঝে হলুদ দাগ হয় তাতে ভিম পাউডার দিয়ে একটু ঘষে নিন। উঠে যাবে।

ঘর মুছুন ভিনেগার এক কোটা আধা বালতি পানি দিয়ে।

যাদের ঘরে পিঁপড়া বেশি পানিতে কেরোসিন দিন তারপর মুছুন।

ডাইন ইন টেবল কাঁচের হলে লিকুইড সোপ দিয়ে দু তিনবারে মুছুন দু তিন দিন পর পর একদম চকচক করবে।

গ্লাস cleaner দিয়ে ডেইলি মুছুন।

গ্লাস অনেকেরই ঘোলা হয়ে যায়, লিকুইড ভিম আর লবন দিয়ে মাজুন। এত চকচক করবে মনে হবে এখন কিনে আনছেন।

প্লাস্টিক এর জিনিস ভিম লিকুইড দিয়ে ধুবেন ভিম বার দিয়ে ধুলে ঝাপসা হয়ে যাবে।

ছাই চেলে সাথে হুইল পাউডার মিশায়ে রাখুন।
কালি উঠে যাবে ডেকচির।

ডেকচি তেলতেলা আয়নার মত করতে চাইলে তিব্বত ৫৭০ দিয়ে মাজুন।

সাদা বেডশীট, বা সাদা যেকোন কিছু ভিনেগার অল্প আর গরম পানিতে সার্ফ এক্সেল দিয়ে মজাতে দিন একদম ঝা পরিস্কার হবে।

তবে বাংলা সাবান কুচি করে হালকা গরম পানিতে মশারী ভিজালে চিটচিটে ভাব চলে যায় খরখরা সুন্দর হয়।

ফ্যান সপ্তাহে একবার মাস্ট পরিস্কার করুন।

দু সেট পাপোস রাখুন।

প্রতি সপ্তাহে পালটে দিন।

ভারী পর্দা ৬ মাসে একবার শ্যাম্পু ওয়াশ করবেন। এমনি সবসময় ঝাড়ু দিয়ে বারি দিবেন ধুলা সরে যাবে।

দামী পর্দা ১০ মিনিটের বেশি ভিজানো যায় না।
হালকা করে ভিজায়ে শাওয়ার ছেড়ে দিবেন
নিংড়াবেন না।

পানি ঝরে গেলে আলতো করে শুকাতে দিন।
পরদা ৮/১০ বছরেও নতুন থাকবে।

কার্পেট দৈনিক ব্রাশ তো করবেন।

ভ্যাকুইম করবেন সপ্তাহে একবার।

একদিন ভেজা কাপর দিয়ে মুছে ফেলবেন।

সোফা সপ্তাহে একবার মুছে ফেলবেন ভেজা কাপর নিংড়ে।

সব সময় লোশন বলুন শ্যাম্পু বলুন বড় ফ্যামিলি প্যাক কিনবেন এটা সব সময় সাশ্রয়।
টাকা একবারে গেলে ৫০ মিলি বা ১০০ মিলির টাকা যায় না। এতে লাভ বেশি। যত ছোট প্যাকেট তত টাকা বেশি।

রান্না ঘর দুদিন পর পর একটু গরম পানি দিয়ে মুছলে ঘর চিটচিটে হয় না।

টয়লেট হারপিক পাওডার দিয়ে দৈনিক একবার হালকার উপর ঝাপসা করে ধুয়ে ফেললে ময়লা হয় না।

মশার জন্য আগের পোস্টের হোমমেইড spray করবেন।

ঘরদোর চকচকে থাকলে আপনিও থাকবেন চনমনে।

তরকারি রান্না করছেন, কিন্তু তরকারিতে লবন বেশি হয়েছে। লবন কমানোর জন্য নয় কিভাবে নিজের ঘাড় থেকে লবন বেশির দোষ নামাবেন এটাই এখন মূল বিষয়। চলুন তাহলে শিখে নিই।

করণীয়: প্রথমে ছোট একটা চামচ এ কিছুটা তরকারি নিবেন আর কিছুটা পানি মিশিয়ে দিবেন যাতে লবন কমে যায়।তারপর বরের কাছে গিয়ে বলবেন লবন দেখতে। বর তরকারি টেস্ট করে বলবে আর একটু লবন লাগবে। এখন আপনার কাজ শেষ, লবন বেশি হয়ছে সব দোষ এখন বরের!

১) তরকারী বা ডাল থেকে লবণ কমানোর সবচাইতে সহজ উপায় হচ্ছে ময়দা দিয়ে খামির তৈরি করুন। তারপর ছোট ছোট বল আকারে তৈরি করে ঝোল বা ডালের মাঝে ফুটতে দিন। লবণ অনেক পরিমাণে কমে আসবে।
২) মাছের তরকারী হলে ডালের বড়ি যোগ করুন। তেলের মাঝে বড়ি হালকা ভেজে তরকারিতে দিয়ে দিন। এতে লবণ যেমন কমবে, স্বাদেও আসবে ভিন্ন মাত্রা।
৩) সিদ্ধ করা আলু যোগ করুন তরকারী বা ডালে। লবণ কমা পর্যন্ত ফুটিয়ে নিন। তারপর আলুগুলো তুলে ফেলতে পারেন যদি ইচ্ছা হয়।
৪) সবজি ভাজিতে লবণ বেশি হয়ে গিয়েছে? যোগ করুন অনেকটা কাঁটা পেঁয়াজ ও ধনেপাতা। টমেটো কুচিও দিতে পারেন। তারপর ভালো করে ভেজে নিন আবার।
৫) দোপেয়াজা বা কোন ভুনা খাবারে লবণ বেশি হয়ে গেলে যোগ করুন অল্প টক দই ও চিনি। ভালো করে মিশিয়ে ঢাকনা দিয়ে ১৫/২০ মিনিট দমে রাখুন। লবণ তো কমবেই সাথে খাবারের স্বাদ বাড়বে বহুগুণে।
৬) রোস্ট, রেজালা ইত্যাদি খাবারে লবণ বেশি হয়ে গেলে যোগ করুন মালাই। ওই একইভাবে দমে দিয়ে রাখুন। লবণ কমে যাবে।
৭) কাবাব, ভুনা, বা ডাল চচ্চড়ি জাতীয় খাবারে লবণ বেশি হয়ে গেলে যোগ করতে পারেন অল্প লেবুর রস ও সাথে এক চিমটি চিনি। খাবারের লবণকে অনেকটাই কম মনে হবে।
৮) যে কোন তরকারিতেই লবণ বেশি হলে বেরেশ্তা যোগ করুন। এতে ঝোল ঘন হবে, স্বাদে যোগ হবে বাড়তি মাত্রা, অন্যদিকে লবণটাও কবে আসবে।
৯) তন্দুরি চিকেনে লবণ বেশি হয়ে গেছে? সাথে পরিবেশন করুন একটু বেশি মিষ্টি দেয়া রায়তা। দেখবেন, কেউ বেশি লবণ বুঝতেই পারবে না!
১০) লবণ কমাতে আরেকটি ভীষণ কাজের জিনিস হলো দুধ। দুধ যোগ করলে সেটা স্বাদে কোন নরচর করবে না। কিন্তু আপনার তরকারির লবণ কমিয়ে দেবে একদম।

আলু সেদ্ধ করার সময় একটু লবন দিলে খোসা সহজে ছাড়ানো যায়।

পনির ভেজে নুন জলে রাখলে নরম থাকবে।

মটরশুঁটি কিম্বা পালং শাক বয়েল করার সময় চিনি দিলে সবুজ রঙ এক রকম থাকবে।

ডাল সেদ্ধর আগে কুকারে অল্প তেল দিয়ে দিলে ফ্যানা হয়ে কুকার নষ্ট হবে না।

খাবারে লবন বেশি হলে এক্টু দুধ মিশিয়ে দিলে কেটে যায়।

চিনির পাত্রে লবঙ্গ রাখলে আর পিঁপড়ে আসবে না।
আটা মাখার সময় অল্প গরম জলে মেখে ১৫ মিনিট ঢেকে রাখলে রুটি নরম হবে।

মিক্সারের ব্লেডের ধার কমে গেলে এক্টু লবন দিয়ে খালি মিক্সি চালিয়ে দিন, ধার ফিরে আসে।

নারকেল ভেঙে ফ্রিজে রাখলে সহজে কোরা যাবে।

দুধ পড়ে গ্যাস এর চারপাশে নোংরা? গ্যাসের উপর কিছুটা নুন ছড়িয়ে দিন। এবার কিছুক্ষণ রেখে ইষদুষ্ণ গরম জলে মুছে নিন।
