গরুর দুধের কাইল্লা ভূনা

উপকরণ:
গরুর দুধ ১ কেজি
হাড়ি ১ টা
দিয়াশলাই ১টি,
চুলা ১ টি (অটো হইলে ভালো দিয়াশলাইয়ের ঝামেলা নাই)
স্মার্ট ফোন ১ টা ও
ফেসবুক আইডি ১ টা

রন্ধন প্রণালী:
হাঁড়িতে দুধ নিয়ে চুলায় বসিয়ে দিন। দিয়াশলাই দিয়ে চুলা জ্বালিয়ে দিন। এবার পাশের রুমে বসে মোবাইলে ফেসবুক চালাতে থাকুন।

নাকে দুধ পোড়া গন্ধ আসলে লাফাইয়া চিৎকার দিয়ে উঠে চুলা বন্ধ করে দিন। হয়ে গেল দুধের মজাদার কালা ভুনা।

এক সপ্তাহ হাড়ি ভিজিয়ে রেখে স্টিলের চামচ দিয়ে ঘষে ঘষে তুলে পরিবেশন করুন।
