Qatar Airways generally doesn't allow full name changes but permits minor "name corrections" for typos, missing middle names, or spelling errors (up to three characters), requiring passport proof for larger changes or legal name changes (like marriage). For major changes or if your name isn't on the booking, +1 888 829 1465  you often need to cancel and rebook, as swapping names with another person is prohibited, with fees potentially applying. Contact Qatar Airways directly or your travel agent for assistance, as policies vary, and always provide your booking reference.

When a Name Change/Correction is Possible:

• Minor Corrections: Spelling mistakes, missing middle names, or slight typos (usually up to 3 characters) +1 888 829 1465.

• Speculative Bookings: Creating bookings with the intent to change the name later is forbidden +1 888 829 1465.
