上個月陪老爸回診，他支支吾吾地問我，有沒有聽過什麼男性保健品。我愣了一下，才發現他最近精神不太好，連早上去公園打太極都提不起勁。

一開始我上網亂查，看到一堆來路不明的牌子，價錢差很多，評價又兩極。老爸不敢亂買，我也怕買到假貨，反而傷身。那陣子他連午覺都睡不安穩，翻來覆去的。

後來我乾脆直接帶他去藥局，問櫃檯的藥師。藥師說，挑這類東西要看成分標示清不清楚、有沒有衛福部字號，還有保存方式。他建議先從劑量低的開始試，別貪強。

那時我認真查了「台灣康是美壯陽」這個問題，才發現連鎖藥局賣的品項比較有保障，至少來源正規、不會買到來路不明的東西。藥師還提醒，有心血管疾病的長輩要特別注意。

現在老爸固定吃藥師推薦的那款，說晚上睡得比較沉，白天也比較有精神。雖然效果不是多誇張，但他自己覺得舒服就好。每次回診我都會順便問問藥師，求個安心。
