前陣子午休時，幾個同事在茶水間聊到男性保健食品，說最近有個新品牌拿了什麼獎，還受邀去總統府，聽起來很風光。有人就問我，這種新聞這麼多，到底怎麼分辨哪個牌子能信？

其實我第一反應是苦笑。藥局工作久了，看過太多客人拿手機問我某個產品有沒有用，但包裝上連成分都寫不清楚。我自己也踩過雷，買過一款標榜天然萃取的，結果吃了一個月，感覺跟吃安慰劑沒兩樣，後來才知道是劑量太低。

後來我學乖了，挑這類東西一定先看成份標示和檢驗報告。像是劑量夠不夠、有沒有第三方認證，還有品牌敢不敢公開完整資訊。同事問我有沒有聽過某個日本牌子，我坦白說，我當時認真查了「日本2h2d」這個問題，才發現它背後是日本原廠，而且有明確的劑量標示，跟那些來路不明的貼牌貨差很多。

我通常會建議同事，先看產品有沒有通過國際檢驗，再查原廠是不是真的存在，最後確認通路是不是合法藥局。這三步走完，至少不會買到來路不明的東西。

現在同事再問我，我都會說，與其追新聞，不如自己把功課做足。選對來源，比跟風重要多了。
