前陣子午休時間，同事阿傑突然壓低聲音問我：「你會不會也覺得，過了三十五歲體力差很多？」他說最近看新聞，一堆新的男性保健品上市，什麼植物膠囊、專利萃取，搞得他心癢癢，卻不知道從何下手。

我其實懂那種感覺。之前我也試過亂買，結果不是沒感覺，就是吃完心臟砰砰跳，嚇得我趕快停掉。後來跟一位在藥局工作的朋友聊，他才點醒我：「你買的來源正不正？成分有沒有通過檢驗？這些都比廣告重要。」

那次之後我學乖了，挑東西會先看三件事：第一，包裝上有沒有完整的衛福部字號或檢驗標章；第二，成分標示是否清楚，不寫劑量的我一律跳過；第三，實體通路能不能問到專業人員，而不是只靠網路賣家一張嘴。

後來為了搞懂「林林藥局壯陽」這類話題，我特別去查了台北幾家實體藥局的評價，發現有藥師駐點、能當面諮詢的還是比較安心。至少買之前可以先問清楚體質適不適合，而不是自己瞎猜。

現在我買保健食品前，都會先想清楚自己到底需要什麼，再去找有信譽的通路。阿傑聽完也說要先去藥局問問看，至少比亂買安心多了。
