上個月朋友傳了篇新聞給我，說有人狂吞二十種保健食品吃到腎出問題。我看了心頭一緊，因為我床頭櫃也堆了五六瓶，什麼顧眼睛、顧關節、還有號稱增強體力的，都是網路上看人家推薦就跟著買。

說起來，我其實是那種「先買再說」的人。前陣子工作壓力大，覺得精神差，就上網找男性保健品，看到有人說某牌不錯，馬上下單。吃了兩個禮拜，沒什麼感覺，反而晚上睡不太好，心裡開始毛毛的，不曉得是不是自己亂吃吃出問題。

後來我學乖了，去家裡附近一間藥局，直接問裡面的藥師。他聽完我的狀況，先叫我別再亂買，接著教我怎麼看成分、怎麼確認來源。他說最重要的是找有藥師駐店的實體藥局，起碼有人可以問，也比網路上的來路不明安心。

那次之後，我買任何保健食品前都會先查資料，也把「全康藥局」這種有藥師的實體店當成優先選擇，至少買的時候有人能幫我把關。

現在我床頭櫃只剩兩瓶，都是問過藥師才留下的。吃東西前先問一句，真的少走很多冤枉路。
