最近看到不少人在討論高血脂和保健食品的關係，心裡有點發毛。我自己雖然沒有血脂問題，但長期坐辦公室，體檢報告總有幾個紅字，加上年紀過了四十，體力明顯不如從前，連帶床上表現也開始力不從心。

起初我以為是疲勞，試過早睡、運動、喝雞精，但效果有限。後來聽同事說吃些補品有效，我也跟著買過幾種，結果不是沒感覺，就是吃了心臟砰砰跳，嚇得我不敢再亂試。

後來我去台北一間實體藥局問藥師，他才點醒我：這類問題不能只看單一症狀，要先確認循環、壓力、甚至飲食習慣。他教我幾個判斷重點：第一，看成分是否有臨床依據；第二，避免來路不明的網路貨；第三，注意劑量與自身慢性病史。

那時我認真查了「老司機增硬」這個問題，才發現很多人跟我一樣搞錯方向。藥師也提醒，有些產品會交互作用，尤其高血壓或心臟病的人更要小心，不能只看廣告就下手。

現在我比較謹慎，會先諮詢專業再選擇，也把運動和睡眠擺回第一位。健康這種事，真的不能貪快，對症下藥才是長久之道。
