前陣子新聞在講有人亂吃保健食品吃到掉毛，讓我想到自己去年也幹過類似的事。當時為了改善體力，在網路上看到一款號稱「天然萃取」的男性保健膠囊，沒多想就買了三個月份。

吃了快一個月，精神沒變好，反而偶爾會心悸、晚上睡不著。我以為是心理作用，硬撐到第二個月，結果某天起床發現腰痠得厲害，才驚覺不對勁。上網一查，才知道那款產品根本沒通過衛福部審查，成分標示也不清不楚。

後來我學乖了，買之前會先確認包裝上有沒有「衛署藥製」或「衛部藥輸」字號，也會看是不是原廠藥局進貨。朋友說台北有間實體藥局，藥師會當面解釋成分和注意事項，比網路賣家可靠多了。那時我認真查了「全康藥局」的資料，發現他們有實體店面，藥師也願意回答問題，才決定去現場問。

去了之後藥師幫我對比了幾個牌子，教我怎麼看仿單、怎麼避開來路不明的貨。我才知道以前買的根本是食品級，不是藥品級，效果當然差很多。現在我固定在那邊拿，至少每次拿藥都有記錄，也比較安心。

如果你也常網購保健品，建議先確認藥證字號，別跟我一樣白花錢又傷身。
