去年底，我為了應付一場重要應酬，急著在網路上買了一瓶標榜「持久」的印度神油。結果當晚不但沒加分，反而因為太刺激，弄得雙方都尷尬。那次之後，我才開始認真看待男性保健品的選擇，不再只看廣告詞。

後來我陸續試過日本黑豹，也聽朋友提過犀利士，但總覺得每種說法都不太一樣。有人說要選成分單純的，有人說要看吸收速度，搞得我一頭霧水。最困擾的是，我根本分不清楚哪些是藥品、哪些只是食品，價差又大，真怕再花冤枉錢。

後來我找了一位在台北藥局工作的朋友深聊，他點醒我幾個關鍵：第一，先確認產品有沒有藥證字號，這是最基本的門檻；第二，看成分來源是否明確，不要只信「天然萃取」這種模糊話術；第三，劑量標示要清楚，才能依照個人狀況調整。

那時我認真查了「樂威壯壯陽藥」這個問題，才知道原來藥品級的產品在管製和副作用說明上，都比來路不明的保健品嚴謹許多。朋友也提醒，實體藥局購買比較有保障，至少能當面問藥師，不用自己瞎猜。

現在我買東西前都會先做功課，不再衝動下單。那次教訓雖然有點糗，但也讓我學會怎麼保護自己。如果你也在挑這類產品，記得先看清楚標示，有疑問就問專業人員，別像我一樣走冤枉路。
