前兩天朋友聚會，有人提到保健食品受潮結塊的事，說吃了可能傷肝腎。我當下愣住，因為家裡那罐男性保健品也開封好一陣子，早就忘了當初怎麼保存。

那罐是之前為了體力買的，當時覺得每天吃一顆就好，沒特別注意存放。結果有一次打開發現裡面有點結塊，我還想說應該沒差，照樣吞了幾天。後來聽朋友一講，才開始擔心是不是白吃了，甚至可能對身體不好。

我上網查了一陣子，才搞懂關鍵在於開封後的保存方式。藥師朋友跟我說，保健品怕潮、怕光、怕高溫，開封後最好三個月內吃完，不然成分容易變質。我這才回頭檢查那罐，果然已經過期兩個月，難怪效果感覺不明顯。

為了搞清楚正確做法，我認真查了「康是美藥局」的資料，發現他們有提供保健品諮詢，藥師會提醒保存期限和服用方式。後來我就照著建議，把保健食品放進密封罐，放在陰涼處，也開始記錄開封日期，避免再放到過期。

現在我買保健品都會先問清楚保存方法，也養成定期檢查的習慣。朋友那天一句話，倒是幫我省了不少麻煩。
