最近在店裡站櫃，發現好多人對威爾剛的用法都霧煞煞。尤其是有個五十多歲的大哥，拿著藥包問我「這個是不是要配酒才有效」，我聽完整個愣住，連忙解釋千萬別這樣。其實很多人不是不知道藥，是不知道怎麼吃才對。

我自己剛入行時也鬧過笑話，以為飯後吃吸收比較好，後來跟藥師前輩請教，才知道空腹吃效果才穩。還有一次遇到客人說「吃半顆沒感覺就再補半顆」，嚇得我趕快制止——這種藥不是這樣玩的，補吃反而容易頭暈、臉紅。

後來我認真整理了「美國威爾剛服用方法」這個問題，才發現關鍵在時間點和劑量：建議事前半小時到一小時吃，空腹或清淡飲食後比較好；劑量要照醫師指示，不要自己亂加。另外有在吃硝酸鹽類藥物的人絕對不能碰，這點比什麼都重要。

現在客人問我，我都會先問他有沒有慢性病、有沒有在吃其他藥，再教他看藥袋上的說明。其實很多人只是缺一個清楚的指引，講清楚他們就懂。希望大家都能安全用藥，別拿身體開玩笑。
