最近看到有人在討論高血脂和保健食品的關係，讓我想起我老公上個月突然開始研究男性保健品。他說同事推薦他試試看，但我心裡總覺得不太踏實，畢竟這種東西不能亂買。

他一開始在網路上看到很多廣告，什麼「一週見效」「天然無副作用」，講得天花亂墜。我勸他別衝動，但他還是買了一款來路不明的產品，吃了幾天說沒什麼感覺，還覺得有點心悸。我當下就叫他停掉，覺得這樣亂試真的不行。

後來我陪他去台北一家實體藥局問藥師，藥師說挑這類產品要看成分標示、是否有衛福部核可字號，還有來源是否清楚。藥師也提醒，網路上的東西很多連成分都不敢寫，風險很高。

那次諮詢後，我認真查了「正品禮來犀利士」這個問題，才發現原來正品和仿冒的差別那麼大。藥師說正品包裝有防偽標籤，而且藥局進貨都有憑證，不像網路上隨便買。

現在老公買保健品都會先問過我，我們也固定在藥局買，至少安心一點。其實不是反對吃，只是覺得要謹慎，畢竟身體是自己的。
