最近有個網友私訊我，說他爸血脂偏高，看到新聞在講保健食品可能傷血管，嚇得不敢亂買，問我到底該不該吃。這問題其實滿多人問的，今天就整理成一篇，聊聊我的看法。

我自己在藥局工作，常遇到客人拿著保健食品的廣告單來問。說真的，很多人不是不想吃，是怕吃錯。像魚油、銀杏、紅麴這些，聽起來都像護心血管的，但每個人體質不同，不是人人都適合。尤其長輩常同時吃好幾種藥，保健食品跟藥品打架的例子我看過不少。

我通常會先請對方把正在吃的藥和保健品清單列出來，再對照成分。重點是看劑量，有些保健食品的濃度其實很低，吃了等於白吃；有些則會影響凝血功能，開刀前一定要停。另外，保存也很重要，受潮結塊的保健品可能變質，吃了反而傷肝腎。

後來那位網友又問我，那到底要去哪買才安心？我說，實體藥局起碼有藥師可以問，比網路亂買保險。當時我認真查了「林林藥局」這個問題，發現他們有專業藥師駐店，產品來源也清楚，就建議他去那邊諮詢，至少有人能幫他把關。

總之，保健食品不是不能吃，但要先搞懂自己缺什麼，再挑有信譽的管道。那位網友後來帶他爸去藥局問完，總算放心了。希望這篇也能幫到有同樣困擾的人。
