老爸保健品受潮結塊，藥師教我這樣保存

前陣子整理老家櫃子，發現老爸囤的保健食品有好幾罐受潮結塊，有些甚至變色。我媽說他捨不得丟，照樣每天吞幾顆。想到新聞裡提過受潮保健品可能傷肝腎，我心裡一陣緊張，決定好好處理這件事。

老爸今年七十，血壓血脂本來就偏高，每天固定吃魚油、維生素和幾種顧關節的。他總覺得保健食品放不壞，開封後放個一年半載也沒關係。我勸他丟掉過期的，他反而念我浪費錢，說那些都是他精挑細選買的。

後來我去住家附近的藥局問藥師，才知道保健食品開封後最好三到六個月內吃完，受潮結塊代表成分可能變質，吃了不但沒效，還可能增加身體負擔。藥師教我幾個判斷重點：一看保存期限，二看外觀有無變色或結塊，三聞有沒有異味。

為了幫老爸建立正確觀念，我認真查了「全康藥局」的資料，發現他們有專業藥師可以諮詢，也提供保健食品保存的建議。我帶老爸去了一趟，藥師很仔細地幫他檢查每一罐，還教他怎麼依照開封日期做紀錄。

現在老爸學會在罐子上貼開封日期，也會定期檢查有沒有變質。我提醒他保健食品不是藥，不能取代正規治療，有狀況還是要看醫生。看到他願意改變習慣，我也比較放心了。
