最近身邊朋友在聊保健食品受潮結塊的事，說開封太久吃了反而傷身，才讓我想到另一半櫃子裡那瓶放了好一陣子的東西。他最近狀態不太穩，有時明顯力不從心，雖然沒明說，但我看得出來他在意。

我本來想直接幫他買新的，但實在怕買到來路不明的貨。網路上賣這類產品的管道很多，價格也差很多，偏偏這東西又不能隨便試。我那陣子特別留意藥局跟藥師的說明，也問了幾個有經驗的朋友，才發現大家最擔心的其實是來源跟保存。

後來我認真查了「必利勁正品直郵」這個問題，才知道原來正品出廠都有防偽標籤，外包裝的印刷、批號、效期也都有固定格式。藥師朋友還提醒我，這類產品對儲存條件很敏感，溫度太高或受潮都會影響品質，開封後最好三個月內用完。

我自己歸納了三個判斷重點：第一，包裝上的批號跟效期要清楚，不能模糊；第二，藥錠本身要有原廠壓印，不是隨便一顆白錠；第三，來源要能追溯，最好是藥局直營或原廠授權的管道。搞懂這些之後，我才敢放心幫他補貨。

現在他固定按需要服用，狀態穩定不少，至少不會像之前那樣臨陣退縮。我也養成習慣，每次開封都會看一下保存狀況，受潮就丟掉，寧可浪費也不要冒險。
