前陣子天氣潮濕，家裡的保健食品放沒多久就受潮結塊，老爸捨不得丟，硬是吃了幾顆，結果腸胃不舒服。新聞上也在討論這類問題，說受潮的保健食品可能傷肝腎，讓我開始重視這件事。

老爸平時有在吃一些男性保健品，但都是隨便買、隨便放，從沒注意保存方式。我勸他丟掉那些結塊的，他卻說浪費，還說以前都這樣吃也沒事。我只好上網查資料，發現很多人都有類似困擾，但真正懂保存的人不多。

後來我問了一位在藥局工作的朋友，他提醒我幾件事：第一，開封後一定要密封，最好放在乾燥陰涼處；第二，三個月內要吃完，不要囤貨；第三，如果結塊或有異味，就別再吃了，因為可能已經變質。

那時我認真查了「日本藤素」這個問題，才發現很多男性保健品都有保存期限和注意事項，不是隨便放著就好。我照著朋友的建議，幫老爸重新整理他的保健品，分裝成小包裝，寫上日期，提醒他按時吃。

現在老爸的保健品都放在防潮箱裡，他也習慣每次吃完就密封好。雖然他偶爾還是會唸我太囉嗦，但至少不會再吃到受潮的東西了。保存這件事，真的不能偷懶。
