上週午休，同事聊到保健食品，有人提到他爸買的魚油受潮結塊還繼續吃，結果身體不舒服。我也想起類似經驗，我媽曾把保健食品放櫃子忘了吃，打開發現變色變味，後來問了藥局朋友，才知道開封後保存期限根本不一樣，受潮結塊真的不能碰。

朋友說挑這類東西要看三點：成分劑量是否標示完整、保存方式是否寫清楚、來源是否正規通路。我自己後來也學乖了，買之前會先看包裝資訊，不亂買來路不明的東西。

為了搞清楚男士壯陽藥這類產品怎麼選，我翻了好幾家藥局資料，發現合法產品都會標明成分和注意事項，不會誇大效果。照這個標準幫家人挑，至少買得安心。

現在我買保健食品都會先檢查保存期限，開封後也乖乖照指示存放。同事聽完也說要回家檢查櫃子，看來大家都有同樣的困擾。
