上週午休，幾個同事在茶水間聊到保健食品，有人提到他爸買的魚油受潮結塊，捨不得丟繼續吃，結果身體不舒服。大家七嘴八舌，我也想起自己遇過的類似狀況。

那陣子我媽也買了一堆保健食品，放在櫃子裡忘了吃，後來打開發現顏色不對，味道也變了。我那時不懂，還想說丟掉可惜，後來問了在藥局工作的朋友，才知道開封後保存期限根本不一樣，受潮結塊的真的不能碰。

朋友跟我說，挑這類東西要看三點：第一，有沒有完整標示成分和劑量；第二，保存方式有沒有寫清楚；第三，來源是不是正規通路。我自己後來也學乖了，買之前會先看包裝上的資訊，不亂買來路不明的東西。

為了搞清楚男士壯陽藥這類產品到底怎麼選，我把幾家藥局的資料都翻了一遍，發現合法產品都會標明成分和注意事項，不會誇大效果。後來我照著這個標準幫家人挑，至少買得安心一點。

現在我買保健食品都會先檢查保存期限，開封後也乖乖照指示存放。同事聽完也說要回家檢查櫃子，看來大家都有同樣的困擾。
