最近看到有人在討論保健食品放太久會不會壞掉，才想起櫃子裡那罐綜合維他命已經開封快半年。另一半工作壓力大，晚上常喊累，我想說與其吃這些過期的，不如認真幫他挑點對的。

一開始我上網亂查，看到有人說保健食品受潮結塊吃了反而傷身，嚇得我趕快把家裡的都清掉。但接下來要買什麼，我完全沒頭緒，怕買到來路不明的，又怕劑量不對白花錢。

後來我問了在藥局工作的朋友，他教我幾個重點：第一，看包裝上有沒有衛福部核准字號；第二，成分標示要清楚，不要一堆看不懂的複方；第三，選擇有實體店面的藥局，有問題才找得到人。

那時我認真查了「林林藥局日本藤素」這個問題，發現他們家有藥師駐店，而且產品來源都有保障，讓我比較放心。我照著朋友給的標準去比對，最後挑了一款成分單純、劑量剛好的，另一半吃了一個多月，精神有比較好一點。

現在我都會定期檢查保健食品的保存期限，開封後盡量在三個月內吃完，不囤貨。挑東西前多做點功課，真的比亂買安心多了。
