最近大家都在討論「成分黨」這件事，我才想起自己以前也踩過坑。那時候對保健品沒概念，只看廣告詞寫得多厲害，就買了一堆來路不明的東西，結果不但沒效，還差點傷了身體。

後來我開始研究成分標示，才發現很多產品根本沒寫清楚有效劑量，甚至連來源都交代不清。我記得有一次買了某款號稱天然的保健食品，吃了幾天覺得心臟砰砰跳，嚇得趕快停掉。

後來我請教一位在藥局工作的朋友，他才點醒我：挑這種東西不能只看品牌，要看成分純度、劑量，還有有沒有第三方檢驗。他教我幾個判斷方法，像是看有無標示有效成分濃度、是否為原廠授權，以及有沒有通過國際認證。

那時我認真查了「老司機持久」這個問題，才發現原來很多細節是從成分表裡看出來的。後來我照著那套標準去挑，買到的產品確實溫和很多，身體也沒有再出現奇怪的反應。

現在我買之前一定會把成分表從頭讀到尾，寧可多花時間研究，也不要再讓自己當白老鼠了。
