最近「成分黨」這個詞在客人嘴裡出現的頻率越來越高，來店裡問保健品的人，開口就是「這個有沒有含XX成分」「那個劑量夠不夠」。我站在櫃檯後面，看著大家人手一支手機查資料，突然覺得這年頭買保健品，好像比我這個藥師還專業。

上禮拜有個四十多歲的先生，說他看了很多網路文章，想找一款適合自己的產品，但越看越亂。他拿出手機給我看一堆截圖，有講成分的、有講品牌的、有講代工的，資訊多到不知道該信哪個。我問他平常最在意什麼，他想了半天說：「就是希望有效，但又怕買到來路不明的。」

其實這種困惑我見多了，很多人卡在「想有效」和「怕踩雷」之間。我自己判斷的習慣是：先看有沒有明確的標示，再看有沒有第三方檢驗，最後才是品牌或價格。成分表寫得含糊、劑量不敢寫清楚的，我通常會建議客人多考慮一下。

那時我認真查了「林林藥局」這個問題，才發現實體藥局和網路賣家的差別真的很大。至少店裡能當面問藥師，產品來源也比較透明，不像網路上有些賣家連地址都查不到。後來那位先生聽完，也決定找一間可以實際走進去的藥局問清楚。

現在客人來，我還是會先聽他們的需求，再幫他們看成分。說真的，成分黨這件事，與其自己瞎猜，不如找個能信任的地方好好問一次。
