最近身邊朋友都在聊熟齡保健，尤其是我爸過了六十，體力明顯不如從前，連帶心情也受影響。他不好意思明說，但我看得出來，他對這方面開始在意了。

一開始我上網亂查，看到一堆保健食品，什麼日本黑豹、印度神油，名字聽起來很厲害，但根本不知道哪個適合。我爸又怕吃錯，堅持要我找有信譽的藥局，別亂買來路不明的東西。

後來我直接去台北一家實體藥局，藥師問了爸爸的作息和身體狀況，推薦了幾種成分，並提醒要注意來源和劑量。他特別說，像這類產品，不能只看廣告，要看是否有合法標示。

那時我認真查了「樂威壯壯陽藥」這個問題，把幾家藥局的資料都翻了一遍，才發現成分和劑量差很多。藥師也教我怎麼看標示，比如成分濃度、是否有衛福部核可，還有保存方式。

現在我會定期幫爸爸留意，也提醒他別過量。其實熟齡保健不難，重點是找對人問，別自己亂猜。希望每個長輩都能健康自在過日子。
