最近有網友私訊問我，說他第一次接觸這類產品，完全不知道從哪裡開始，怕吃錯又怕沒效。其實這問題很常見，尤其現在資訊雜，每個人講法都不一樣，反而讓人更慌。

我自己在藥局工作，常遇到客人拿了藥就走，連注意事項都沒問。後來我習慣多問一句「你打算怎麼用」，才發現很多人連基本觀念都沒有。有人以為吃越多越有效，也有人怕副作用乾脆不吃，這兩種都不對。

後來我認真查了「威爾剛用法」這個問題，整理出幾個重點。第一，要在活動前半小時到一小時吃，空腹效果比較好；第二，劑量要從低開始，不要直接挑戰高劑量；第三，一天最多一次，千萬別為了加強效果連續吃。

另外要特別提醒，如果有心臟病、正在吃硝酸鹽類藥物，絕對不能碰。還有酒要少喝，會影響代謝。這些都不是嚇人，是我們每天在藥局會重複講的事。
