最近看到好多人在討論保健食品的成分，連我爸媽都開始跟著買。我爸六十幾歲，體力明顯不如從前，他不好意思明說，但我知道他偷偷在找一些男性保健品。

他先是在網路上亂買了一罐來路不明的膠囊，說是朋友介紹的。我一看包裝，連成分標示都沒有，嚇得趕快攔下來。他有點沮喪，覺得我大驚小怪，但我真的怕他吃出問題。

後來我陪他去藥局，藥師問了幾個關鍵問題：有沒有慢性病、正在吃什麼藥、平常會不會心悸。藥師說，挑這類產品最怕交互作用，尤其有心臟病或高血壓的人更要小心。

那時我認真查了「犀利士壯陽藥」這個問題，才發現正規藥局賣的都經過審核，成分和劑量都寫得清清楚楚。藥師也提醒，不要只看廣告打得多大，要看有沒有藥證字號。

現在我爸只肯去那家藥局補貨，說藥師會記住他的狀況。我偶爾還是會提醒他，身體不舒服就停，別硬撐。保健品是輔助，生活習慣才是根本。
