前陣子午休，隔壁部門的同事突然說起「成分黨」這詞，講現在買保健品都要先看成分表，不然就是繳智商稅。我當下有點心虛，因為自己桌上那幾瓶，從來沒認真研究過裡頭寫什麼。

後來聊到男性保健品，他說之前買過某牌，結果上網一查，成分標示含糊，連劑量都沒寫清楚，嚇得他不敢再吃。我這才意識到，自己以前也是看廣告就下單，根本沒想過來源正不正規、有沒有經過檢驗。

為了搞清楚viagra,威爾剛官網這個問題，我把幾家藥局的資料都翻了一遍，也問了在藥局工作的朋友。他提醒我幾件事：一是看有無衛福部核准字號，二是確認成分濃度標示，三是挑有實體店面的藥局，出事才找得到人。

那次之後，我學會先查證再購買，不再貪快或貪便宜。現在買任何保健食品，都會多花十分鐘看標示，至少吃得安心一點。
