最近店裡常有客人問延時藥的事，尤其是有伴侶一起來的，總會多問幾句「這個吃了會不會有什麼副作用」。說真的，每次看到他們欲言又止的樣子，我都會先請他們坐下來，慢慢聊。

上個月有位四十歲左右的先生，說他從網路上買過某款號稱「純中藥」的延時產品，結果吃了頭暈心悸，嚇得不敢再用。我跟他說，這類產品最怕來路不明，成分標示不清，劑量也沒個準，身體怎麼受得了。

後來我認真查了「必利勁正品直郵」這個問題，發現很多人其實分不清藥品和保健食品的差別。藥品要有藥證，劑量固定，還要有醫師或藥師的評估；保健食品頂多輔助，不能宣稱療效。我會建議至少確認三件事：有沒有衛福部核准字號、成分是否公開、來源是否為合法藥局或原廠授權通路。

那位先生聽完，回去把家裡的庫存都丟了，改從正規管道補貨。最近他回來拿藥，氣色好很多，說這次總算安心了。

其實延時藥不是見不得人的事，身體有需要就該好好處理。只是買對來源、用對方法，才不會花錢又傷身。
