最近「熟齡族保健怎麼補」這話題在朋友圈被討論得挺熱，尤其是我爸，過了六十之後老喊體力不如從前。他嘴上不說，但我看得出來他有點焦慮，怕自己成了家人的負擔。

後來我帶他去台北一家藥局，藥師問得很仔細，說保健食品不是越多越好，要看成分和劑量。藥師提醒，像補鈣和維生素D的研究其實效益有限，真正有用的是肌力訓練和均衡飲食。

為了搞清楚怎麼幫老爸挑，我認真查了「老司機保健品專賣」這個話題，發現裡面有不少眉角。藥師也教我幾個判斷重點：一是看有無衛福部核准字號，二是成分標示要完整，三是別買來路不明的網路貨。

現在老爸每天照著藥師建議調整飲食，也開始跟鄰居去公園走路。他說雖然沒什麼神奇效果，但至少睡得比之前沉一點。我也比較放心了。
