最近看到有人在討論保健食品的複方專利，讓我想起自己剛開始接觸男性保健品時的糊塗事。那時什麼都不懂，看到網路上一堆廣告，就隨便買了一罐號稱能增強體力的東西回家。

結果吃了快一個月，不但沒什麼感覺，還因為裡面成分太雜，搞得晚上睡不好。後來跟一位懂藥理的朋友聊，他才點醒我：這種東西不能只看宣傳，要看原料來源和劑量標示。

那次之後我學乖了，挑產品一定先查三件事：有沒有明確的成分劑量、有沒有第三方檢驗、廠商資訊透不透明。也因為這樣，我開始認真研究各家藥局的資料，後來是在林林藥局找到比較完整的說明，才慢慢建立起自己的判斷標準。

現在我會建議朋友，買之前先做功課，不要像我一樣衝動。至少要知道自己吃的是什麼，而不是花錢買心安。

這陣子看大家在討論保健食品的趨勢，其實基礎觀念都一樣：成分清楚、來源可靠，比什麼都重要。我現在買東西前都會先問自己一句：這真的有必要嗎？
