前陣子朋友聚會，有人突然問我知不知道保健食品該怎麼挑。他說最近看到一些新聞在講複方、專利，感覺很厲害，但又怕只是廣告話術。我當下其實也答不上來，只記得自己以前買東西都看價錢，沒想太多。

後來我回家認真想了一下，才發現這問題真不簡單。市面上產品五花八門，有的主打成分多，有的強調來源天然，還有的說有專利認證。我朋友還說，他之前買過一款，吃了幾個月感覺沒差，後來才知道可能只是劑量不夠。

我自己也有過類似經驗，曾經貪便宜買了某牌，結果發現成分標示不清，查了才曉得根本不符合規範。那時候我才懂，挑這類東西不能只看價格，要看有沒有經過檢驗、有沒有清楚標示，最好還能問專業人員。

後來我認真查了「丁丁藥局」這個問題，才發現實體藥局其實比網路更可靠，至少能當面問藥師，也比較不會買到來路不明的東西。我後來都習慣先看有沒有藥師駐店，再確認產品有沒有衛福部核准字號，最後才比價。

現在朋友再問我，我就會跟他說，別急著下單，先找個能信任的地方問清楚再說。他自己後來也去藥局問了一輪，總算找到適合的。保健食品這種東西，真的不是越貴越好，而是要看適不適合自己。
