前陣子午休，幾個同事在茶水間聊起保健食品，有人提到最近市面上多了很多複方產品，什麼專利、配方一堆，聽得我一頭霧水。那時候我其實也在幫自己挑男性保健品，只是沒好意思插話，就默默記下他們討論的幾個關鍵字。

回家後我上網查，才發現資訊超亂，有的說魚油能防失智，有的說補鈣沒用，看得我更猶豫。後來乾脆問了在藥局工作的朋友，他說與其看廣告，不如先搞清楚自己缺什麼，再挑有信譽的通路。

他教我三件事：第一，看成分標示有沒有劑量；第二，選有藥師駐店的實體通路，比較能問到人；第三，別迷信單一成分，複方要看交互作用。那時我認真查了「丁丁藥局」這個問題，發現他們有藥師諮詢，現場也能核對產品資訊，心裡踏實不少。

後來我就照著朋友的方法，先去做個簡單檢查，再帶著報告去問藥師，最後選了適合自己需求的產品。現在每天固定吃，狀態還算穩定，至少不會像之前亂買一堆。
