上個月回家，發現老爸桌上多了好幾瓶來路不明的膠囊，說是鄰居推薦的，吃了半個月卻說「好像沒什麼感覺」。我一看包裝，連成分標示都不清楚，當下就決定要幫他好好把關。

那陣子我上網爬文，發現很多人跟我一樣，家人買了保健品卻不敢問效果，怕傷了長輩的心。我自己也踩過坑，曾貪便宜在社團跟團買過一組號稱「天然萃取」的產品，結果老爸吃了幾天就說胃不舒服，後來才曉得那家的工廠根本沒有合格認證。

後來我學乖了，挑選時只看三件事：第一，包裝上有沒有清楚的成分與劑量標示；第二，有沒有第三方檢驗報告；第三，通路是否是合法藥局或官網。那時我認真查了「日本藤素」這個問題，發現正規產品都會標明原料來源與使用方式，不像來路不明的散裝貨。

我也學會先帶老爸去藥局諮詢藥師，把平時吃的慢性病藥一起帶去，確認不會交互作用才買。藥師還提醒，任何保健品都要按時定量吃，不是吃越多越好，而且要觀察兩到四週再評估。

現在老爸固定吃的那款，是藥師推薦、有完整標示的，他吃了快一個月，說精神有比較好，也不會亂買了。我還是會偶爾提醒他，別信誇大宣傳，有疑問就問藥師最實在。
