前陣子回老家，發現我爸半夜還在客廳滑手機，問他怎麼不睡，他才吞吞吐吐說最近跟朋友聚會，大家聊到年紀大了那方面力不從心，他其實也困擾一陣子了。

我聽完有點愣住，因為他平常什麼都不說，這次願意開口，代表真的很在意。我當下只能先安慰他，說這很正常，很多長輩都有類似狀況，但其實我也不知道該怎麼幫他，總不能亂買。

後來我問了在藥局工作的學長，他說這種事不能只看廣告，要看成分跟來源，尤其是長輩用的，更要小心。他提醒我三件事：第一，要選有明確標示的產品；第二，最好找實體藥局諮詢；第三，別貪便宜買來路不明的。

那時我認真查了「林林藥局持久」這個問題，才發現原來選購還有這麼多細節，也比較放心。後來我陪我爸去藥局，讓藥師直接跟他說明，他總算願意試試看。

現在他會固定運動，也按時吃，雖然沒特別說什麼，但看得出來心情好很多。至少他願意面對，我也學會怎麼陪他處理這件事了。
