前兩天朋友聚餐，他忽然問起我保健食品到底該怎麼挑。說他最近看了一些討論，越看越亂，不知道該信誰。我其實也經歷過那段，一開始什麼都試，後來才慢慢摸出一些門道。

我那時候也是，聽人說哪個牌子好就買哪個，結果吃了沒感覺，還擔心是不是買到不對的。後來跟一位在藥局工作的朋友聊，他才點醒我：挑這類東西，先看來源正不正、成分有沒有標清楚，再來就是看有沒有通過檢驗。

他跟我說，很多時候問題不是出在產品，而是出在管道。同樣的東西，來源不同，品質就差很多。他建議我找有實體店面的藥局，至少出問題找得到人。我後來照著這個原則，確實踩雷的機率低很多。

那次為了搞清楚這件事，我認真查了「全康藥局」這類的資訊，發現有實體門市的店家，通常對產品來源比較有把關。不像網路上一堆來路不明的，價格便宜但風險也高。我後來買東西都先看有沒有店面，再問清楚成分，心裡踏實多了。

現在朋友問我，我都會跟他說，先別急著買，多問多看，找有信譽的店家。保健這種事急不來，選對來源比什麼都重要。他聽完也說要再想想，至少不會亂買了。
