最近看到不少關於保健食品的討論，像是鈣片、魚油這些，到底有沒有用，眾說紛紜。這讓我想到前陣子幫老爸處理他體力下滑的問題，他總說爬個樓梯就喘，晚上也睡不好，整個人沒精神。

一開始我以為是年紀大了，正常衰退，就買了些綜合維他命、B群給他，結果他吃了幾個月，說感覺不明顯，還是常常覺得累。後來他自己聽鄰居說，可能是男性荷爾蒙的問題，就想去買些來路不明的藥，嚇得我連忙阻止。

我開始認真研究，才發現這類產品水很深。首先，要看成分標示是否清楚，有無衛福部字號；再來，要選擇有實體店面的藥局，比較有保障；最後，不要輕信誇大的廣告效果，像是「一夜七次」這種鬼話。

那時我認真查了「樂威壯壯陽藥」這個問題，才知道原來醫師處方的藥物和保健食品完全不同，前者需要醫師評估，後者只能輔助。我帶老爸去看了泌尿科，醫師開了適合他的藥物，也建議他多運動、均衡飲食。

現在老爸狀況穩定多了，至少不會亂買來路不明的東西。我也學到，遇到健康問題，還是要找專業醫療管道，不要自己亂試。這算是我們父子都上了一課吧。
