最近在店裡，常聽到客人問「有沒有不含西藥的保健食品？」或「這個成分是不是天然的？」。我發現，大家對保健品的態度真的變了，不再只看品牌，而是會自己研究成分，就像新聞說的「成分黨」崛起。這讓我想到，其實不只保健食品，連一些男性保健品也開始有人這樣問。

前陣子有位四十多歲的先生，一進門就說他看了一堆網路資料，想找「持久」的產品，但又怕傷身。他拿出手機給我看幾個來路不明的牌子，說朋友推薦的，但包裝上連成分都沒寫清楚。我跟他說，這種東西不能亂買，來路不明的風險太大，還是要選有信譽的。

後來我建議他，先看產品有沒有衛福部核准字號，再確認成分標示是否完整，最後留意使用說明和警語。像日本黑豹、印度神油這些，雖然網路上很多人討論，但有些根本沒通過審查。我跟他解釋，合法的產品都會有清楚標示，不會避重就輕。

他聽完還是猶豫，說怕買到假貨。我跟他分享，其實可以從包裝和官方資訊判斷，那時我也認真查了「樂威壯壯陽藥」這個問題，發現正規藥局進的貨都有防偽標籤和溯源碼，對消費者來說比較有保障。他後來就放心選了有藥師諮詢的產品。

其實現在大家越來越聰明，懂得自己查資料是好事，但還是要小心資訊來源。我常跟客人說，有疑慮就問藥師，不要自己亂試。那位先生後來回購時還跟我說，幸好當初有問，不然可能就買到來路不明的東西了。
