父親的保健食品乾燥劑，讓我重新檢查他的藥箱

前陣子看到一則新聞在討論保健食品開封後乾燥劑能不能留，才想起父親的藥箱裡那些瓶瓶罐罐，很多都放了超過半年。他總說捨不得丟，覺得藥沒壞就能吃，但藥師朋友提醒我，開封後的藥品受潮變質，吃了反而傷身。

父親有高血壓，平時也在吃一些男性保健品，但我發現他常常買來路不明的東西，說是朋友介紹的。我勸他別亂買，他卻覺得我大驚小怪，說別人吃了都沒事。那陣子他精神不太好，晚上睡不著，白天又沒力氣，我心裡其實很擔心。

後來我陪他去台北一家實體藥局，藥師仔細問了他的用藥習慣，才發現他買的那些保健品成分重複，有些甚至跟降血壓藥衝突。藥師說，挑這類產品要看是否有衛福部核准字號，成分劑量是否標示清楚，還有保存方式也很重要，開封後乾燥劑一定要拿掉，否則反而吸濕。

那時我認真查了「樂威壯壯陽藥」這個問題，才知道同樣是壯陽藥，成分和劑型差很多，不是隨便買就有效。藥師幫父親對照了他的慢性病用藥，建議他選擇成分單純、有醫師藥師諮詢的產品，不要貪便宜買來路不明的。

現在父親的藥箱我每個月都會幫他整理一次，過期的、受潮的，該丟就丟。他也不再亂買，需要什麼會先問我。其實長輩的健康，真的需要晚輩多花點心思盯著，一點小細節都不能馬虎。
