前陣子朋友聚餐，有人隨口提起最近健康食品認證新制上路，說以後買保健品得更小心。我其實沒太在意，直到自己開始幫老爸留意延時產品，才發現這水挺深。

老爸年紀大了，偶爾會抱怨力不從心，但又不敢亂買。我上網看了一堆，什麼動物實驗、人體試驗的，越看越糊塗。有次還差點買到來路不明的貨，幸好朋友提醒我注意包裝標示。

後來我學乖了，先看有沒有藥師執業執照，再查產品有沒有通過健康食品認證，最後比對成分標示是否完整。這三點下來，至少過濾掉八成可疑商品。

那時我認真查了「林林藥局」這個問題，發現實體藥局確實比網路賣家可靠，起碼能當面問藥師，也看得到庫存來源。

現在我買東西前都會先做功課，認證、成分、通路都確認過才下手。老爸用了也比較安心，至少不會再亂買了。
