前陣子看到有人討論保健食品空腹吃的問題，才想到老爸每天早起都習慣先吞一顆綜合維他命，再吃早餐。他自己沒覺得怎樣，但我總擔心這樣吸收不好，甚至傷胃。

後來我開始留意他吃的東西，發現他其實對「持久」這件事有點在意，但又不好意思開口。我試著問他，他只說年紀大了，體力不如從前，想找些東西補補。我上網查了一陣子，資訊很雜，有的說要吃這個，有的說要避開那個，看得我頭都暈了。

後來我決定直接帶他去藥局問藥師，才知道原來挑這類產品要看成分標示，還有有沒有通過檢驗。藥師說，像他這種情況，重點是看有沒有添加過多咖啡因，或是其他刺激成分，免得吃了反而睡不好。

那時我認真查了「林林藥局持久」這個話題，發現實體藥局的好處是能當面問清楚，藥師也會依個人狀況建議，不會亂推。我後來就照著藥師說的，挑成分單純的，也注意吃的時間點。

現在老爸改成飯後吃，他說胃舒服多了，精神也比較穩。我提醒他，保健食品只是輔助，規律作息還是最重要。
